salve devo scrivere una lettera formale in inglese . questo è solo un esempio una prova l impostazione è giusta??? le frasi hanno un senso compiuto??

I am writting to complain about the holiday I had last week in London.
I have been in London in other occasions and it is wonderful.
however,when when your agency organized my holiday I was very entusiastic, the hotel you showed me on the deplians was not the one where I stayed.You told me that tho hotel was about 15 minutes far from the city centre but it was more than 40 minutes.
the guide was impolite and very unfrendly , he coulden’t speak italian so I coulden’t undrestand him.
the restaurant you chose for me was not good, the food had a strange taste, infact after the dinner I had food poisoning and I went sick.
My holyday was a complitly disaster.I have travelled with many different agencies but no one gove me a bad treatment as your did.
i won’t travel with your agency anymore.I ask for a compensation

La lettera è impostata correttamente e le frasi hanno tutte un senso. Anche il “tono” della lettera è giusto.
Ci sono degli errori di grammatica (writing e non writting – couldn’t e non coulden’t).
Comunque, tutto corretto. Brava. Ciao.

Prima di tutto togli le forme contratte: è una lettera formale e non ci vanno le forme contratte (scrivi “could not” invece di “couldn’t”).
La parte finale non va bene, non puoi essere così diretta. Te la riscrivo:
“My holyday was not what I had expected. I have travelled with many different agencies and they all satisfied my expectations.
I am afraid to inform you that I am dissatisfied with your service and I am not willing to contact you for my future holidays. I also expect a partial or complete refund. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully (nel mezzo alla pagina; sotto sempre al centro firma, e poi scrivi il tuo nome in stampatello, insieme al tuo status maritale)”
